About us

Who are we and why Gennix?

We are a group of web 3.0 enthusiasts, in the form of visionaries, engineers and business professionals united by a common belief, that the greatest barrier to the proliferation of DeFi, is consumer awareness coupled with front end user experience.

Quality tech in Layer 1 and Layer 2 is now abundant, represented across a plethora of open-source projects. The underlying technology enabling the DeFi solutions of today has technically matured and proven to be secure. It has been put through its paces across many projects in user intensive environments. At the risk of sounding like many others who have come before us, greater adoption is key in the DeFi sector for it to deliver on the promise of web 3.0 making better products for the world’s population. Our team is here to do our part in driving this adoption through the Gennix product offering.

The product is for you

You are why we created Gennix. We made this product for users like yourself and us. Let us know what you think of the platform. We value all feedback so that we can make the product better and drive the level of adoption that DeFi deserves.

Mass adoption isn’t one single event, it is many iterative cycles of  improvement that eventually causes a behavioural evolution of the masses. The Gennix Protocol represents a part of that change. A step in the right direction with the intention of making Defi more useful to more people.

The Tech

Gennix is a DeFi lending protocol that is designed to maximize scalability, composability, and growth.

Being developed on BSC, our ecosystem architecture is EVM (Ethereum Virtual Machine)-compatible, interoperable and blockchain agnostic. This grants us access to a vast amount of DeFi tools to build smart contracts and DApps (Decentralized Applications), while experiencing low transaction fees and fast transaction speeds relative to the Ethereum Mainnet.

Being blockchain agnostic is a massive advantage for Gennix as it does not constrain us to the use of a singular blockchain protocol, thus effectively “future-proofing” our DApp against unexpected developments in the blockchain space. Lastly, BSC being highly interoperable allows for smooth sharing of information and communication between different decentralized networks without the need for an intermediary. This will inevitably result in completely permissionless and decentralized systems.
